Please note, this is a field-based role with frequent travel required (which you will be able to claim expenses back for)

Your role as Sales & Marketing Executive

• Support the hotel management teams with the activation of group marketing campaigns and the development and activation of local and hyper-local initiatives
• Provide marketing expertise across the full marketing mix with a specific focus on POS and social support.
• Be a lead contact for community outreach and develop appropriate commercial partnerships with relevant organisations, clubs and societies driving revenue and reputation in the local area.   
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Openings team to plan, deliver and evaluate local marketing campaigns to support the investment launch hotel opening

What you’ll bring…

• Experience working within a hotel marketing team
• Knowledge and experience in marketing through full Hotel Sales Channel mix including direct, OTA, GDS and affiliate
• Understanding of hospitality industry analysis and reporting practices.
• Demonstrable experience in interpretation of sales performance data
• Passion for managing and developing hospitality brands with a clear focus on delivering exemplary guest experiences through great design and service delivery
