Head of Talent Development

As Head of Talent Development you will be responsible for the design and deliver of the Greene King Talent development strategy that enables fulfilling and diverse careers at Greene King.

Job Description

Your role as Head of Talent Development

  • Design and deliver Talent Development strategy across Greene King.  Creating a clear leadership development framework to support ongoing development for our leaders. 
  • Create a talent development offering to enable fulfilling & diverse careers.   
  • Continue to evolve and drive a shift to high performance culture through brilliant conversations, My Performance and Greene King Behaviours 

What you’ll bring… 

  • A strong understanding and passion for practice and new innovation in landing a talent strategy and leadership development strategy for a large organisation  

  • Experience and expertise in design and roll out of strategic leadership development programmes 

  • Experience & expertise in culture change programmes 

  • Performance and talent management expertise - knows the market for talent development solutions and thinking. Strong network of external relationships  

  • Expertise in shaping, landing and embedding changes across different stakeholder groups
