Company Description

As a Digital Product Owener - Loyalty this is a new hybrid working role from our Burton offices and an amazing opportunity to help create and deliver the product strategy for Greene King’s Loyalty programme. As Product Owner for Loyalty, you will be key in supporting our Loyalty project and helping define the future ambitions in the loyalty space developing it across our digital products.

This role will play a key part in our growing digital product teams and will be fundamental in helping to transform and mature the digital product function within Greene King. The product owner will be responsible for the development of the loyalty experiences within our digital products with a focus on App and Customer Engagement Solutions and its strategic roadmap.

Job Description

**Please note this is a 6 Month FTC**

Your role as a Digital Product Owner - Loyalty.... 

  • Responsible for the development of the loyalty programme across our digital products
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including requirements, definition and refinement of user stories, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
  • Translate high-level product roadmap into achievable product backlog items across multiple digital products
  • Provide insight for defining and planning the overall Product Roadmap based on specialised knowledge in your area
  • Design and develop new experiences and opportunities that improve UX and deliver increased revenue
  • Deliver new features and enhancements that support business and user needs
  • Drive performance of your product KPIs and test and optimise
  • Collaborate and engage stakeholders across different business areas
  • Use data and customer insight to inform the decision-making process

 

What you will bring......

  • Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product development
  • Experience writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.
  • Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, such as apps and/or websites, ideally in a retail, hospitality, leisure, travel, or equivalent environment.
  • Exceptional business analysis skills, able to analyse and map complex business and systems processes and develop effective solutions to customer, business and technical challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries
