As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales performance whilst fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. As a valuable member of the team, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead in managing key client interactions, providing quick services maintaining customer excellence.

Your role as a Customer Sales Representative
Make outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule.
Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer care.
Achieving targets by capitalising on orders, and promotions, and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.
Contributing to effective operations through administrative tasks, supporting colleagues, and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.
Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.
What you’ll bring...
Prior experience in a customer-focused, sales or administrative role.
Strong computer skills, including experience in Excel and Outlook.
Collaborative teamwork expertise and problem-solving skills that align with team objectives.
Optimistic and resilient mentality, with the courage to speak up and highlight areas for improvement.
