As our Senior Property Surveyor you will be responsible for delivering industry leading standards of property portfolio management across pub assets within a defined area. In addition to this they will line manage up to six property surveyors and office-based co-ordination staff. They will be expected to carry the technical competence to deliver all aspects of the role, together with the capability to develop strong business relationships with Business Managers and Pub Partners.  

You will also support our Partners to deliver regular maintenance of their pubs and work with the Greene King Compliance Team to ensure the pubs comply with legislation and are safe.  The role will include delivery of the repairs & maintenance and select development opportunities across a multi-faceted property portfolio to ensure that the value of the portfolio is maintained and maximised where appropriate.

What you'll bring....

• Proven experience of the retail and leisure businesses.
• Experience of maintaining the asset value of the property to enhance, refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive property management experience, a proven executive team influence, and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role.

Ideally hold a professionally industry recognised qualification: RICS, M B Eng, CIOB or similar.
