As a Senior HR Business Partner you will partner with multiple Exec members across our central functions to drive people based solutions, bringing to life our company culture, values and behaviours.

Your role as Senior HR Business Partner
- People leader in tactical leadership as well as supporting Exec members with strategy development and execution
- Line management of the HR Business Partner team, including day to day management of people metrics and people risks in operations, analysing and building solutions for off track KPI’s.
- Ownership for development and execution of the people and culture agenda
- A well-developed understanding of group people policies and network, guiding management teams through HR advice on culture, wellbeing, recognition and building sustainable engagement.
- Deputising accountability for HR Director
What you’ll bring…
- Relevant and meaningful experience in HR business partnering,
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a multi-site offering within a matrix structure organisation
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels, as well as regularly presenting to Leadership and Senior Management as well as Management Teams
