Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be accountable for the development, co-ordination and execution of the People and Culture Strategy for the Business Unit, responsible for all elements of the people operation, including Resourcing, Employee Relations, Talent and Learning, championing people innovation. The Senior HR Business Partner is also responsible for building a sustainable partnership across the Greene King network, primarily the people and operational functions to ensure that solutions are always fit for purpose.

Your role as Senior HR Business Partner

• Developing and implementing the People Plan with the senior team to drive high performance, internal progression, and organisational effectiveness
• A well developed understanding of group people policies and network, guiding management teams through HR advice on culture, well being, recognition, and building sustainable engagement
• Working as part of the Senior HR Team, building close relationships with in-division Resourcing and Learning teams, spotting trends, using initiatives, and delivering on activities to drive results
• Deputising accountability for HR Director

What you'll bring

• Experience in a multi-site offering within a matrix structure organisation
• Relevant and meaningful experience in Senior HR Business Partnering
• Extensive knowledge of HR policy and process and always has a plan to meet or exceed expectations
• Dynamic and can use thinking skills to analyse, decide, prioritise and plan, managing several programmes/projects at the same time
