PMO Analyst

As a PMO Analyst you will work as part of the Operational Excellence Team, you will play a central coordination role to ensure that business initiatives are delivered on time and support the group efficiency plan.Providing critical analysis and insights of the Ops Excellence Project Portfolio at all levels, offering recommended action to ensure an ambitious but balanced delivery roadmap can be achieved. You will be responsible for ensuring our projects are delivered to a high standard, by gathering key data from the cross functional partners and throughout the lifecycle of our projects, to ensure projects are controlled through audit, and ensure visibility across the Portfolio for the Ops Excellence steering committee and Divisional stakeholders  - providing support where required

In your role as PMO Analyst you will...

• Work closely with the Ops Excellence Lead to understand the content and delivery of the Ops Excellence cross functional task and its constituent projects
• Prepare Portfolio data for tracking and analysis
• Highlight Portfolio risks and opportunities driven from the in flight pipeline
• Support the Ops Excellence Lead in reporting and forecasting resources required to deliver the Ops Excellence pipeline, including people and budget
• Support the analysis of the project pipeline ahead of prioritisation
