HR Business Partner - Brewing & Brands

As a HR Business Partner you will be working in partnership with the Brewing and Distribution function of the business, to influence leadership teams and drive the continuous improvement to the HR agenda. A key part of the functional leadership team this role provides generalist HR partnering that optimises people performance, reduces risk, builds sustainable employee engagement and delivers operational excellence.

Your role as HR Business Partner 

• Deliver robust HR advice, guidance and support aligned to the business plan and HR strategy, supporting, developing, and advising Managers on all HR matters

• Partner with the centres of excellence to deliver the ‘One HR plan’ including reward, talent management, and learning and development

• Deliver HR projects and initiatives to deliver the B&B HR AOP aligned to wider HR plan

• Act as a change agent leading interventions/workstreams that improve scorecard performance

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and their team where you are seen as a key influencer and trusted partner

• Use the key people measures on the balance scorecard to analyse trends and issues, acting accordingly

What you’ll bring… 

• CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven experience working at a Business Partner level in a commercial business
• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role with a skill set including recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management.
• Experienced in developing / implementing HR strategies, plans and or projects
