Being a Kitchen Manager Pub & Dining is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our seasonal, hearty Pub Classic menu. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role

A picturesque thatched roof village pub in the heart of Shanklin the tourist spot on the island. We are looking for an outgoing and inspirational leader who will help us expand our food offering in our family friendly pub. You will be responsible for training and developing our kitchen team to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

You'll be passionate about delivering quality dishes and food standards. You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills

You're always keen to learn new techniques, new menu specs and sharing your experience with your team
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment. You're passionate about developing and inspiring your team of chefs to become future leaders
