Salary: £24,000.00 - 26,400.00 + bonus

As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role

A terrific opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen Manager at the Golden Lion, Romford.
Located on Romford High Street, this beautiful, historic pub takes between £3,000 - £5,000 per week on food, spread evenly throughout lunch and dinner time.


I am looking for an ambitious and driven Kitchen Manager who is capable of driving food sales to £10,000+ / week at this business through developing a highly competent team of chefs able to produce consistently excellent food quality at speed.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of food safety / EHO scores and ideally have prior Kitchen Manager experience from a similar PubCo / casual dining background.
