As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and develop and lead your kitchen team from the front, to continue the people focused culture we are very proud of.

About the role

The Quays is a Pub & Carvery venue which hosts a Wacky Warehouse, Hotel (PI) attached, a large external area and Sports,
This site was converted in January 2018 and benefits from an outstanding carvery offering and a stunning decking area overlooking the local marina. Being proximate to the Billing Aquadrome, it benefits from the many events held there and thus the ability to network with local business partners is a must!.
As a Pub & Carvery, evidence of success in local sales planning is beneficial because this should be as attractive to visit for a drink as it is for a dining occasion.
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready for a new challenge. This is a great opportunity for a charismatic, strong leader to join our exciting Pub & Carvery brand.
