As a Chef & Brewer Kitchen Manager you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role
The Cottage Loaf, located in Thurstaston, is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the family. You will be passionate and driven to help build a team to drive the business forward. This is a really exciting time to be a part of this team as they are due a brand swap from being a Pub & Dining site in to our Chef and Brewer collection which then comes with a refurbishment due for early next year. Ideally you will have experience working in a high volume, branded kitchen either as a kitchen manager or a kitchen team leader.
