Bring to life kitchen excellence in your site by driving the passion for food in your business and encouraging knowledge and pride throughout the whole team.
To prepare and deliver great food, by putting our customers at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for the day to day running and performance of the kitchen operation through motivating the team to deliver excellent food, high standards and customer focus.
Ensuring all food from Cakes, to Carvery to Restaurant is prepared, deliver excellent standards and quality at all times, paying particular attention to brand specifications to make sure all dishes are cooked and delivered right first time.

Please be aware that for this role you will need kitchen experience and experience leading a team, with a proven track record of improving guest experience

At Greene King you will be working towards a Senior Production Chef Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
