Sales & Events Executive - £30k

We are very excited to be opening a brand-new venue at the heart of the London City. The Metropolitan Pub Company has always been at the forefront of food, drink and service within the central and greater London area since 2011. This next venture will be the most electrifying yet, serving up fresh seafood, small plates, grilled steaks and amazing wine and cocktails.

Just like our venues, we have teams of brilliant people all with their own unique character who always strive to deliver excellent customer experiences and who are passionate about working for a leading premium business.

As a Sales and Events executive, you will be the life and soul of the party. You will know all the surrounding business and be the first person that people think of when they want to plan a birthday celebration or a work gathering.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone to help us to create something special and be an integral part of a new team. We are having a huge makeover and it will be stunning, so we need a person that can be as passionate as we are on this new venture and drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
-To proactively develop profitable meetings, conferences, incentives, and event revenue for the company with key responsibility for sales at the Langbourns.
-Identifying new accounts and building relationships to identify key accounts for the company.
-To identify potential highs and lows against budget
-To analyse the local and wider market to ensure that we are competitive and on point.
-To deliver marketing strategy through successful networking, client meetings, exhibitions, presentations, trade shows and open days ensuring all given targets are achieved.
-To drive sales in our sites with Private Dining Rooms, ensuring occupancy rate targets are met
-To develop strategies that drive in guests from outside London to the city to dine in our wonderful venue.
