Being a Kitchen Manager Pub & Dining is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our seasonal, hearty Pub Classic menu. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role

Located in the heart of Clevedon and literally on the beach, we had a full investment 18 months ago. The layout is open plan with one main bar servery in addition to island tills. We have a small meeting/party room, that can be opened for addition dining/drinking. In addition to destination food trade we are building a strong local following, so good acting local skills with be a huge asset.

Externally we do sit on the beach, with a huge patio and a fully equipped outside bar. The site is no longer as seasonal as it was, there has been a huge amount on the promotion across our locals to ensure we have a great winter and summer trade.
Our local guest base is in strong growth and will continue to expand with the right "acting local" friendly approach.

We are looking for an outstanding Kitchen Manager who is used to working in a high volume fast paced kitchen. There is already an established kitchen team so your role will be to motivate and develop the team to deliver great food alongside a fully compliant kitchen results
