IT Business Analyst 12 month FTC

Role Purpose:

To deliver the Business Analysis activity required across various initiatives, to ensure every Greene King project is successfully delivered. This includes working closely with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design and implement new processes and solutions to meet the project objectives.

12 month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all Business Analysis activity as required for a varied set of projects.

  • Work closely with the Projects, Architecture, Development and Test Teams .

  • Understanding of business systems and associated business processes including CRM, ERP. HR & Payroll, EPoS etc.

  • Capturing and validating business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders for projects, initiatives and enhancements, using various business analysis techniques.

  • Accurately documenting business requirements (functional, non-functional, data, reporting and transition) and processes ('as is' and 'to be').

  • Experience and knowledge of business change and business process design.

  • Working with multiple third party vendors to deliver world class solutions.

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships across IT and the wider business that can be leveraged to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of managing the IT Business Analysis activity in a fast paced environment with multiple demands.

  • Experience of delivering for multiple projects concurrently working with a combination of permanent and third party resources.

  • Strong skills in core Microsoft products for presentation and analysis.
  • Enhancing and driving the Business Analysis activity as part of the project methodology.

  • Third party vendor liaison.

  • Undertaking investigative work to determine business requirements, 'as is' / 'to be' processes and business change in respect of compliance frameworks.

  • Identifying and designing solutions that meet GK business requirements and are aligned to business and IT objectives.

  • Working with technical and project teams to ensure that technical solutions are delivered.
    Ensuring high quality supporting documentation is in place.

  • Proven experience and knowledge of business analysis best practice.

  • Experience and knowledge of business change and business process design.

  • Experience in assessing and evaluating processes with strong competence in technical analysis and complex problem solving.

  • The ability to deliver creative and innovative solutions to solve business problems whilst minimising cost impact.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively and manage expectations.
