You support our customers to receive their stock effectively by loading and unloading in an organised manner, being mindful of the impact of our delivery vehicle in that setting and also on any adjacent businesses or residents. Stock is offloaded into a location agreed with the customer and may involve taking stock down into a cellar, into the bar area of a pub or into an outside storage shed.
