Digital Marketing Executive (part-time maternity cover)

Part-time maternity cover position 4 days a week (we would also consider applications for 3 days a week)

To co-ordinate and support our consumer, tenant and employee facing digital communications.

Key performance indicators:
Step-change our digital presence for our consumer facing communications, across websites, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Twitter and Google, working in partnership with out digital suppliers
Step-change the way we engage with our tenants, driving our Tenant Track scores through focused efforts on quality and content of our digital communications

Key tasks:
Co-ordinating the execution of our digital strategy (consumer facing) with pubs, their segmentation and the relevant suppliers to ensure our digital strategy is delivered
Co-ordinate all digital tenant facing communications, including, online platforms, Facebook and email communication
Co-ordinate the look and feel of marketing digital communication including the content of our regular email communication
Co-ordinate our internal, employee facing communications to our wider Pub Partners teams

Working with digital suppliers to improve pubs digital presence of their website, Facebook, Twitter etc. to ensure digital marketing is right for each pub's offer and local market
Co-ordinating content as well as look and feel of internal Facebook pages

Improving digital communication by co-ordinating current communication, as well as providing new communication routes e.g. via Mailchimp emails or new Twitter feeds - to provide the right digital communication to deliver our plan

Must have strong administrative and project management and relationship skills
Good understanding of the main social media platforms, website creation and analytics
Experience of working in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
Experience in a marketing role is an advantage
Communication skills are key, with presenting and talking to suppliers an essential part of the role
