Customer Support Analyst (FTC 12 mths)

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Analyst on a 12 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within our IT department supporting our Single Sign On Application (Okta), assisting with the day to day support & administration. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
*Act as first line support on the Single Sign On Helpdesk in respect of all queries and issues raised by users.
*Respond to those matters promptly and appropriately, including escalating as necessary.
*Ensure that all support issues are fully understood, managed and resolved within our agreed SLA.
*Ensure the local operation of the Single Sign On Application and the supporting processes comply at all times with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Skills & Experience
*Excellent MS Office - Excel/Word/Power Point Experience
*Previous customer service experience
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high standards of customer service
*Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
*Effective influencing skills
*Self starter with the ability to take ownership
*Ability to work in a team environment
*High level of accuracy with attention to detail
*A "can do" attitude
