Reporting into the Head of PMO, we have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking PMO Analyst to support us in driving forward a best-in-class PMO within the Transformation function. The PMO Team manages the Strategic Project Portfolio, that is delivering the transformation required to achieve Greene King's strategic goals.


As a PMO Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing critical guidance and overview of the Strategic Project Portfolio at all levels, offering insights and recommendations to ensure an ambitious but balanced delivery roadmap can be achieved. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships as you'll be leading conversations with a range of stakeholders within the wider Business functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with the Head of PMO, Transformation Leadership Team and Transformation Delivery Team to understand the content and delivery of the Transformation Portfolio and its constituent projects
  • Working with the Head of PMO to prepare regular and ad hoc analysis in preparation for Governance forums
  • Liaising directly with senior stakeholders to co-ordinate and capture data for new project work requests such as deliverables, milestones, risks, budget requirements, benefits and KPI's for analysis and prioritisation against the Strategic Project Portfolio
  • Scheduling and attending Transformation Portfolio meetings, ensuring inputs and outputs are produced and collated to a high standard and in a timely manner, and following up to ensure actions are completed
  • Assisting in the implementation and embedding of Transformation Project Framework processes and methods
  • Supporting the Head of PMO in reporting and forecasting resources required to deliver the Strategic Project Portfolio, including people and capital
